With the windows open I can easily hear the PWS, but it is a high whine, similar to the sound of the motor and I think some people just don't recognize it as a car. I agree with all the comments about gene pool and personal responsibility, but I think we're likely to have problems with this even so. Maybe a sound like an ICE is needed. I think there was a thread on this earlier.
