SoCal Branch Year 3 LEAF-Gatherings - See Year 4

Was planning to stop by the Mitsubishi event, but just found out today that I need to go into work tomorrow.

For October, we have Gatherings on the 13th and the 27th.

Two weeks from today, we Gather for breakfast at the HTB in Cerritos.

Save Saturday, about one week and 1.6436 days ahead, for breakfast in Cerritos.

Come, join us at our munchy, crunchy LEAF Gathering.

Is anybody intending to attend our Gathering this
coming Saturday morning at HTB in Cerritos?

I expect to have new firmware for the GID-Meter,
and I intend to bring a programmer to update your
meter, if you wish.

The new firmware primarily adds the display of
the "Real SOC" to the %GIDs and GIDs....
It is more of a curiosity value, not really useful for driving.

Only if you promise to be there.

I am planning to be there, from about 8 AM to around 11 AM,
then get my Flu shot at a Kaiser drive-through on the way home.

If you cannot make this Gathering, try the next one in Santa Ana,
two weeks from this coming Saturday.

I believe that Jeremy will be at the Gathering in Santa Ana
on the 27th, not in Cerritos on the 13th.

I expect to have a new (demo) RAV4-EV with me in case anyone wants to compare and contrast... or drag race down South St.

Bring your GID-Meters and I will update them to show the
"Real SOC" value (percentage), if you wish.
Firmware version F1. 09 that I intend to post online
this weekend.

With my most recent affliction, I might not be able to stay
the whole time, but I think I will be able to make it for
most of the 8 to 11 nominal Gathering time.

If you need to ask, the answer is "dire rear". :lol:

Reminder, next Gathering starts at HTB in Cerritos in 24 hours and 40 minutes.

I look forward to seeing the RAV4 EV. I came very close to buying one several weeks ago.
I will also like to get the firmware update for the Gid meter, and talk about the Open EVSE.
