problem getting private messages
I have two private messages that I can't read. I get a message saying that I have a full folder even though I have no messages in my folder. How do I fix that?

Strange... is it your inbox that has no messages in it but says it's full? Can I reset your password and login as you? Or can you PM me your password or take a screenshot?

Bernie: check ALL folders ... including "Sent messages" and "Drafts" folder (although it may be empty and thus appear not to exist) ... the message limit applies to the total # of messages you have everywhere.
