Looking for "EV Friendly" parking lots

Anyone know of a web site out there that lists parking lots that are "EV Friendly"? And by that, I mean places where they either give a discount for EVs and/or have charging ports (even 110v outlets qualify)?

I work in downtown Bellevue, WA, and my building won't let me plug in there (I have a Zap Xebra). And no discount on parking. At my past job (also in Bellevue) the garage would allow me to plug in, although no reserved spot or discount.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a list compiled somewhere that you could search for such lots? Could be user-driven to be updated as people discover lots on their own, or by the lot owners themselves? Each lot could be listed with the different categories (L1, L2, L3, reserved spot, discounted rate, etc) which could be easily filtered by the user to find what they need.

but unless you live in Oly, might be much help for you. the guy who started the site has a Zap and a Miles. he is always looking for additional links to plug in sttes, so if you do run across a place that allows one to plug in, report it.

Even with no charging available, lots (or areas or streets) that offer free
(or substantially reduced) parking for EVs would be nice to include in the database.

I'm not talking about just a list of special EV charging ports. I'm wanting to know about existing parking lots, and if they have ANY specials for EVs. Not necessarily high-speed chargers, but anything. Even if it's a reserved spot or discounted rate without letting you plug in, just anything special for EVs.

Even the use of an already existing standard electrical outlet (not specifically installed for EVs) is a huge benefit, in my opinion. Especially for other smaller EVs, like my Xebra.

Opportunity charging is way more essential in a NEV since its range is so limited. I always plug in with my Zenn even for as little as 10 minutes
