I agree. Well placed stations with more than just a 2-bit convenience store on hand would be preferred.

Otherwise I'll be doing more reading while waiting for a 80% fill.

If they charge, I will definitely not be using it unless it's the LAST one in range and I need a boost. I've been told that only the Utilities can charge for electricity, so they would have to have a 'parking' charge.

Cool! I like the design. Looks similar to a gas pump, making it very intuitive.
