Plate '1 EL' is attached to IL state senate president John Cullerton's Tesla S sedan that was featured at the Normal, IL new Tesla supercharger station opening. As far as the lowest EL plate on a LEAF, anyone's guess but here on the forum it's between the mid and upper 200's but under 300. Look back to late November 2011 on the Chicagoland thread when deliveries had just started for possibilities ...
