Yes, at this point I tend to take Palmer's statements with a big grain of salt. I'd like to believe — but I just don't think Nissan "gets it" yet when it comes to the experience of LEAF early adopters, at least here in the USA.

Just because they are all over the place doesn't mean they are available. I have four L2's within easy strolling distance from work (maybe 600 yards away). Been asked to go elsewhere for my charging needs. You may recall this tale.
