I leased an eGolf July 24, and got my plates 3 weeks later. I immediately applied for my HOV stickers, but I only received them last Thursday. So it was almost 9 weeks from the time I got my car, and 6 weeks after I submitted the application, before I got my stickers. Check was not cashed until last week sometime.
