I'm trying to download the trip log from dropbox . IiPhone version.

In my Dropbox account
I can see the LeafSpy app yet the past recorded Log file is from 1/18/19 for my previous Leaf.

My trip log for my old 2105 Leaf is there
My trip log for my previous 2018 Leaf is there with last entry in Jan 2019
But there is no entry since Jan 2019 which was for my 2018 Leaf

There is no DROPBOX entries for my 2019 SL+ that I got in May 2019 yet there trip logs are there in leafspy app

Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to download the current trip log csv file directly from my iPhone by connecting it to my PC, opening iTunes and using the files section of iTunes. For some reason my Dropbox no longer logs any of the LeafSpy files.

I wanted to graph the battery degradation for the first 4 months owning my 2019 Leaf SL+. As before I’m averaging 0.5% degradation per month or about 6%/year here in hot Florida.

I graphed the first 4 months. I don't know why there was a drop around 813-818. I charged normally after midnight each day,

Notice that SOH went up for the first few charges then started to degrade.

Thanks for posting, I'm tracking as well and looks like we're in a similar trajectory. Would would mind sharing the data with me? If like to overlay our degradation graphs

Send me a pm with your email address and I’ll send you an email with the csv trip file.

Thanks for the data, here are a couple scatters of 62 kWh degradation over odo. Would enjoy keeping this going and add others LeafSpy data.

I don't check often, but this past Saturday 9/21 my SOH was 97.98%

My Leaf was built in May 2019. I picked up June 11th.

I tend to only look at the SOH for long trips.

August 5th I believe the SOH was 98.38%

Boy that is pretty close to .01 a day.

Kevin,

Where are you located? We are about 40 miles south of Tampa Florida. It gets hot here.

I also noticed you also traded a 2018 for a 2019 Plus as did we. The additional range of the Plus allows us to make the 125 mile one way trip to our remote cabin with no range issues. With the 2018 SV 40 kWh battery it was tough. With expected degradation it would not be possible after a year. The Plus should be fine for at least 6 years with normal degradation.

We traded a Metallic Grey 2018 SV w/Tech and Weather pkg for a Pearl White 2019 SL Plus w/ light leather interior.

The Metallic is our favorite exterior color but I couldn't find a SL Plus in that color. Our Plus has light grey leather, Technology pkg, two tone White/Black paint, All-Season Floor Mats . i was concerned that the light leather would show dirt but it is staying very clean. We have a Jack Russel Dog that sheds short white hairs and the hair would get into the black cloth seats of the SV and was difficult to vacuum out. The leather is very comfortable and no dog hair problem. The dog hair vacuums off the carpet and All-Season Floor Mats easily.

I'm in Maryland so generally mild temps. I don't remember us having a hundred degree day this summer actually, normally 5-10 I'd say.

I did upgrade from '18 to '19. I didn't need the extra range and didn't think I had range anxiety until after I upgraded. It's basically taken range out of the conversation for me. I charge (L3) about once a week at either the local Nissan dealership or a EVGo location nearby.

The main reason I traded in the '18 for the '19 was financial. I made a profit on the trade allowance... Let me repeat, I traded in a car after 8 months and appreciated value (net, after local utility credit and tax incentives.) :D  The upgrade cost me $6K net after I double dip on tax incentives and I upgraded trim level, range, model year, and an ODO reset. It was a no brainier.

Hate to change the flow of this thread, but I have a question about Leafspy Pro used on a 2018 Leaf.
On the ECM versions service page, I have an entry with a question mark next to the 5SA2B entry between the charger and ev/hev entries.
I did get the BMS firmware update today, and the question entry used to be 5SA2A.
The entry for hV Battery is still the same version though (5SA2A), so I am wondering if the update is complete, or is LS not reading the version numbers correctly?
I would post the screenshots, but i don't think I have permissions yet.

You need to return to dealer...

That is kinda what I thought.
I have an appointment on Monday the 30th to replace the axle nuts, and I asked the lady when she called if I could talk to the tech, and she said yes and made a note.
I will have LS running and I printed the before and after pages of LS's ECM scan.
still would like to know what the entry with the question mark is for, as it is the only entry showing any version number change.

i read in a post somewhere that there should be two ECM entries that will be update. Is this correct?

Yep; the ? and battery. As far as what ? means? dk. Not sure anyone does. The ? is like that everywhere including EU cars.

Thanks for that info. I will ask the tech Monday what the ? is... maybe he can at least give me a clue.
I will also update here what I find out. Strange that the NTB didn't state anything about the two entries and that they both need to be updated.
How can only one be updated and not the other one???
My guess is that the tech just started the update and didn't pay attention while it was running, and just assumed it had completed without checking.

I am going to try and get a printout of Consult's results as they have to send it to Nissan to get paid for the warranty work.

More to come to this saga!

Because its software. This would only be one of many many examples of software updates that failed or was only partially completed. Realize we think its a single update because it has a single designation. But it could be several parts to the update. Since the LBC and BMS likely work in lockstep with each other, I have to think its a multi part update.

True! I guess there was not enough information for the tech from Nissan as to how many parts there are, and what to check....
