I've been quietly zapping spammers for a long time, as there doesn't appear to be a way to keep them from signing up. Just got back from an EV road trip, and plan on doing more zapping in the future...

I'm back now. I've been doing IP location checks on them, and about 70% seem to be from Pakistan. So if the site can ban Pakistani IPs, I don't think we have any real Pakistani members...

The power is out again. This time the local grid squeaked and fainted BEFORE the storms hit. Estimated repair time is 3 hours - just as it was with the previous 15 hour outage - so I'll be back... sometime.

The site's certificate apparently expired yesterday, and many browsers (like Firefox) are not letting anyone go here. I've emailed Mike, and hopefully the situation will be resolved. Since I can't prove that this isn't a hack, I can't recommend that people find ways to come here anyway. If you have done so, and are reading this, you now know as much about this as I do.

Thanks for the notice, though it's kind of a "Catch-22". Firefox gave me the notice. I just clicked through. Seems normal enough. Having something like a certificate expire would not be surprising.

I've fixed the problem! The certificate renewed, but it needed a manual tweak to work correctly.
Call for technical help: This will likely be a problem every 90 days when the Let's Encrypt auto renews. The site is running on a VPS and Let's Encrypt correctly renewed, but I needed to click a 'reload web servers' button in the control panel to get it to work. Any ideas how to fix that? PM or email me and I can give you more details.
