Here's a question why would plug share delete a EA listing?

I noted on plug share that all the posts and photos regarding the Coso Junction EA station on 395 got deleted.
Someone started it over, but why would it get deleted?

Some user input is simply too inaccurate. I had a station locally that at one time had 3 different Plugshare entries and the user likely used the "I'm here now" GPS setting to place the stations and missed BADLY to where it was placed on the wrong side of I-5 with the actual station roughly a half mile East of the freeway. Since it was a completely different address, etc. I actually went out to look for this station and based on the address, was at a secured State motor pool lot. NOTHING there but a fence and bunch of vehicles parked inside...

I understand but for the one in question it was right where the users had it, and the users had simply left comments it was under construction and lots of photos, so I don't see why plug share would have erased it. I can't imagine EA asked it to be pulled?

But I do see your point about user confusion. The EA station near Mojave, CA, is as far as I know still waiting for work by the power company, and its marked out of service still. But yet the last plug share visitor said something very odd, that he was plugged in and staying at a near bye hotel. How could he be plugged in if its not done?

The web page seems more accurate, at least for stations I know about.

I wonder if Plugshare shows station status linked to the app, or if they only base their status report on check-ins? PS is still only showing Herkimer (CCS) down as of now.

Odd. Dated the day before your reply (Nov 4, 2019) is this:

“Electrify America is aware of an issue rendering the CCS chargers at this location temporarily unavailable. The CHAdeMO charger at this location is still available. "

Per WetEV, Orange, CA (Urb., S.R. 22 ex. 14A. W. of Jct. I-5, ex. 106/107B) is open, #2 for the month and #331 total.

This one's a bit of an oddball, as it has an L2 so is an urban site, but has an extra CCS (i.e. 3/1/1 rather than 2/1/1) charger.

Gainesville, FL (Jct. I-75 ex. 384/S.R. 24) is open, #3 for the month and #332 total.

This makes it possible to avoid the detour off I-75 to the QC in Lake City, as it's 105 miles from Gainesville to Valdosta, GA via I-75 direct. It's also 146 miles from Tallahassee, so it might also allow bypassing Lake City when coming from the west on I-10 to I-75. It's also 72 miles from Bushnell going south, or you can skip that and go direct to the Tampa QC 116 miles away, or the one in Orlando, 113 miles. This was one of my Top 9 "Coming soon" sites.
