There was a loud, late night party with bonfire here, two houses up, the other night. I didn't do a head count, but there were at least six cars here for it, so I'd guess about 12-20 people total. I didn't see them, so I can't say for sure that they weren't wearing masks. I doubt that they were.

There was one down the street from us too. Quick headcount seemed to indicate maybe a dozen people. Sounds like something going on in the yard behind us today. Maybe about half a dozen, based on the noise. Good luck to 'em, I say. I think it's still too soon.
 
Looking at any death by trumpvirus "temperature map" by county it looks like trumpvirus is a big problem for NYC, NJ, MA, CT, eastern PA and a couple other places.
I'm glad I didn't give up anytime, any money or anything over the trump virus scare.

I haven't been "hiding". It's easy to argue against strawmen. Why don't you give us your suggestions for coping with this disease for the next 2 years? Specifics, please. And not just for your local unpopulated area, the whole country.

Let's see him and Obama let the swine flu run loose for months, waited for 1,000 people to die before declining a state of emergency and putting in travel restrictions in place which by then was definitely too late.

Unlike some of the people on here I'm not going to pretend to know what's best for you or what your situation is, so you do you.
Just don't waste too much time on what other people are doing and worry about your self or your clan.
I'm just staying plan on getting the virus, that is all.
For me I'm going to relax and watch everyone who crammed them selves into the big cities freak out over this.
 
The latest AP poll says only about 49% of people would get the trump virus vaccine.
So if tomorrow a trump vaccine was ready and all 49% of people got a first generation shot of trump juice that was effective on 2/3 to 70% people, it still changes almost nothing.
 
And 31% said they were unsure if they'd get it, with only 20% saying they definitely wouldn't get it, all of this for a poll about an as yet unavailable vaccine, with more deaths to come.

Of course it will change things: if it's effective, those likely to have severe symptoms or die from Covid-19 but who have been vaccinated, won't. And as most schools will require it, those children won't be infecting anyone else either.
