Hello from Finland. i am new here, i own e-nv200 year 2018 and i am chancing the "useless" factory navi head unit to android head unit. the only thing i would be missing is heater adjustment display. this type solution seen in this video would solve that problem! anyone know how this is made? thank you!

I actually got a few requests for this already, so I will look into creating one.

Everywhere I look sites and specialists say I must not want to replace the head unit on my 2014 Leaf Tekna (SL elsewhere??) with the Bose speaker in the back. It is to much interconnected with the can bus operation.....

Annoying as the head unit supplies no fever than 6 (six) presets on the radio, does not provide any of the functions I want. These being charging to max 80% and pre-heating in winter.

Hasn't ANYONE taken out the headunit of a Tekna / SL 2014 model?
Am I to be the guinea pig?

Is there a Clarion update system for this - and I don't mean the maps update. I mean running a modern headunit.

This car is good for another 10 years.
Can't be true that this cannot be updated and be modernised.

Where to start?
(1) check the exact head unit type number
(2) test what stops working if i take out the unit anyway and switch the car on (error regarding the airbags for sure)
(3) what else could / would go wrong?

Any input highly appreciated!!!
