So who still thinks it's a bad idea?
But by all means be angry and stick to your politically motivated treatment regime when you catch trump virus.
I bet all those hydroxychloroquine naysayers feel stupid. In your face, you were absolutely dead wrong and this proves it.
I think I'm going to round up the quote and add them to this post. Let's see if you can delete them before I find them.
Here's the first one.

We were unable to confirm a benefit of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine, when used alone or with a macrolide, on in-hospital outcomes for COVID-19. Each of these drug regimens was associated with decreased in-hospital survival and an increased frequency of ventricular arrhythmias when used for treatment of COVID-19.
Got that red stuff off your hands yet? Yet another way Trump and his followers have killed people.
Try repentance and prayer.

Masks aren’t the only object of contention. Take the controversy around the anti-malarial drug chloroquine. In late March, the Food and Drug Administration authorized the use of chloroquine and a related drug, hydroxychloroquine, for emergency use for hospitalized patients. But chloroquine is not an approved treatment for the coronavirus, and its side effects include potentially fatal complications.
Without solid evidence of chloroquine’s efficacy, it is irresponsible to promote anecdotes about its curing the virus, as Silicon Valley elites and even President Trump have done. President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil is also a big chloroquine proponent; last month Facebook took down a video of him making unproven claims about the drug.
But it’s also still well within the realm of possibility that rigorous clinical trials could show the drug does work, and months from now it could be approved in some form for use with Covid-19 patients. Should that happen, the Trump administration and the drug’s other champions could easily weaponize the current criticisms and social media takedowns as dangerous, partisan censorship.
I love it when people jump on the bandwagon just to later be proven so utterly wrong.palmermd said:Nubo said:WetEV said:Trump is killing his followers another way. By promoting a drug that does nothing.

"Kim said she had believed she would not contract the virus because Trump touted the drug as effective, even though most medical experts urged caution."
I really fear for our nation, and not because of the virus or even Trump. He'll be gone one day. It's people like "Kim" that worry me most.
that quote from Kim is not really an actual quote. It is the author saying it. The things he actually has here quoted as saying are the opposite. I think some of this may be the journalist trying to be a sensationalist. I'm really saddened that I now distrust all media and look so closely at everything because the media on both sides is always trying to sensationalize things. It may be true that she said that, but then why not actually quote what she said? I think it is because it does not sell magazines or generate clicks to give an honest account of her story. Seems to me she came forward to show that HCQ does not provide immunity, and they are making her out to be some dummy who believed she was immune to it by taking the drug, like the POTUS.

Jerks. Yes.
It boggles the mind how bad the red/blue divide has gotten in this country, with those on the red side wiling to put themselves and others in danger to "own the libs". And let's be honest - that's really all most of this is.
Blue:
Stay home.
Wear a mask if you can't.
Follow the advice of scientists.
Red:
I wanna haircut/drink/go to the beach!
I ain't wearin' no mask!
Bleach cocktail with a side of fish tank cleaner? Yes, please!
I totally agree.
