Bad door adjustment Leaf 2019

Hi
My leaf is 19 months old and I just noticed that a bad adjustment in the driver door has eroded paint and rust has started. Just came back from dealer that told me that it s not warranty anymore as it s an adjustment covered by the 1y or 20k warranty. Did you already see that ? Any advice to get repair under warranty ?

I don't know if Canadian warranties differ that much from US versions. I'm inclined, though, to think that the dealership is lying to you.

I'll probably merge this topic with another one later.

I would call Nissan CS and speak with them.

It is also an example of poor customer service from this dealer.
Leave them a bad review and take it to BBB, they will whistle a different tune when they are lit up in BBB
