41% or at least 82 applicants in the U.K. had 2 Leafs at home. Pretty good

He is far from being a neutral reviewer.

You have to read his articles VERY closely. His interpretation of experiences leans way way way to the optimistic side.

I love hearing that I own a good car! and I don't care how optimistic the reviewer is! After all, I own the sucker now anyway!

Well, bottom line is it is a good car. Solid, reliable, quiet, nice to drive, peppy, nicely finished, a hatchback. It’s not an Ipace or Tesla but it’s not priced like one. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

Same here...that's why we have bought 3 of them over the years (4 if you count buying off of lease as a second purchase).

I would like to "race" our S+ vs. an SR+ at 65 or 70 MPH in a distance run to see once and for all which goes farther.

you left out ....in a lot of places in the USA...the Leaf is the only EV option to easily purchase and maintain.

Not many choices for sales and service of EVs in Louisiana.

Are Teslas not sold in Louisiana? Sorry, not American or in touch with the situation there.

long story but no in Louisiana and many other states...read here https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cant-buy-tesla-states-161318245.html

Yes, I could buy one in another state then bring it in....but there is also the issue of servicing in some areas

Sucks. And weird as it’s an American brand. Anyway, the leaf SL Eplus is a nicely featured alternative.

But to be fair, 2 out of 3 Tesla review are kind of guilty of the same.

“In spite of delivery with a few dozen panel gap issues, a tear in the seat fabric, cracked paint, and the trunk not latching, we’d still have to give the M3 a 5 out of 5 because we are driving the future”

Tesla Kia Chevy, Nissan. Its all good. With ranges all in the same ballpark, it comes down to personal preferences.

But we still need to realize that Tesla is $$ more money. I still find it unreal that so many seem to think the cars are on par due to similar MSRP. That is something I simply cannot understand.

Agreed. I had another 100 day mile ahead of me today, so I indulged and charged to 100%.

Move over model Y.

Per my earlier quote... please watch from minute 3 to minute 5. Y delivered with wires hanging out of the car, and a speaker literally fell off...but wow look at that glass roof.

Thank you for that! I watched from about 3 minutes to about 7. That's hilarious.

The interesting part is that Tom in the video used to be Mr. BMW i3 fan (dare I say fanboy?) and BMW would sometimes relay messages via him. I recall he installed some charging at his restaurant including a https://insideevs.com/news/327565/bosch-amp-bmw-announce-24-kw-dc-charger-for-north-america-at-9995/ and maybe some level 2 EVSE(s).
