Thru a Bolt group (and a busted URL that was posted), apparently EA is looking for feedback/submissions at https://www.electrifyamerica.com/submissions/.
Note the deadline at the above.
3. Deadline: Electrify America respectfully requests all submissions by 5:00pm PST on August 14, 2020 to ensure our team has sufficient time to review and fully consider the content in our Cycle 3 investment plans.
and it's for:
To assist in drafting our Cycle 3 National and California ZEV Investment Plans for the next 30-month investment period, which applies for the time period of January 2022 through June of 2024,
Since "Specific site locations" is within scope, I think it'd would help to say why (e.g. enables travel from A to B, redundancy for A to B, etc.)

'13 Leaf SV w/premium (owned)
'13 Leaf SV w/QC + LED & premium (lease over)

Please don't PM me with Leaf questions. Just post in the topic that seems most appropriate.

  • New Mexico - 1900 S. Mountain Road, Tucumcari, N.M. 88401
  • Utah - 1915 S. State St., Salina, Utah 84654
  • Florida - 45000 U.S.-27, Davenport, Fla. 33897

Both are definitely needed. Quartzsite's been "Coming soon" for a while now, and other sites like Tucumcari and Santa Rosa, that started later, are already open. No idea what the holdup is, but I-10 will be the first (only) complete transcontinental interstate using EA.
