So it took him getting sick and his wife dying to finally come to the realization being stupid can kill you. There are millions more out there in the Trumpisphere who still believe covid is a hoax. It's no wonder the rest of the world thinks we are a bunch of morons.

I'm sure that's what they were thinking up in Maine, where the number of cases has been minuscule, when they decided to have a wedding reception on August 7 with 65 people. Unfortunately, one person was infected but didn't know, and now lots of people are.

We just had a scare in our family which thankfully wasn't Trump Virus, but did clearly show me just how inadequate the existing testing situation still is.

It's acceptable to me.
If you care about saving 1 life why not shutdown the country every flu season?
Ban cars because of auto crash deaths?
Or turn off electricity because 130 people per year are killed by electrocution and so many thousands are killed by power generation related air pollution every year...
So your presence on this forum proves a lot more than 1 death is acceptable to you so you can carry on with your life.

We are getting tested for trumpvirus this morning. My wife thinks she got it from work.
Actually sitting at the "hospitals drive through testing" which is actually pick a parking spot and wait, and wait testing.
She has "close calls" pretty much multiple times every work day so pfhhhh.

I think people who want to drink bleach should be allowed to drink bleach.
According to donkysp we should ban bleach, if banning it will save 1 life. How many people should die just because you want to be able to remove skid marks from your undies?

LOL! Some states in the US never really locked down at all. Some of our lockdowns were/are nothing compared to Italy during their crisis or especially China.

And, one nutty guy (he's always been this way) on my Nextdoor neighborhood openly claimed CA the shelter in place orders were "unconstitutional" and that therefore he wouldn't abide by them.

Those selfish people flocks of people who went to Sturgis and didn't wear masks likely took few precautions nor took COVID-19 seriously before going, lockdown, social distancing and all.
 
I know they all didn't lock down but a lot of them did, at least most of the state's with the biggest populations did.
Bikers I know don't want to live long enough to get old.

The amusing thing is that most of them already are.

CDC shows only 6% of people die of trumpvirus alone.

So if you're healthy and don't have preexisting conditions get a flu shot this year and don't worry about trumpvirus.
Get a flu shot because you do not want the flu and trumpvirus at the same time.
You don't want the flu just by its self.
If you are old, unhealthy, have preexisting conditions, continue to hide until you can get your shot of trumpjuice.
Consult your Dr as it is possible vaccine makers may recommended not getting both trumpjuice and the flu shot.
Always listen to you dr.
