So I have a 2015 leaf. The heat stopped working. Husband fixed it partially. But everything it get 38 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. It will only blowing cold air. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. My husband is trying to find a sensor that would control the heater but not sure if that is right direction.

It sounds like the resistance heater has failed, and the heat pump (if the car has one: it is found in the SV and SL in 2015 Leafs in North America) is still working.

The final solution to the highly complicated and very expensive to repair heater system is to install a diesel fired heater.

I think mine was actually made in russia.
I didn't wait for mine to break before converting to diesel heat.
What's the advantage of further reducing range to run electric powered heating?
It sure as hell doesn't make me feel any better, the only thing I feel is cold and that sucks.
