Had to replace the tire after running over a curb - split the tire, but no damage to the rim.
After clearing DTCs (LeafSpy), I still have several remaining (see attached). The Leaf operates flawlessly and no "check" lights of any kind. I've disconnected the battery for a few minute, but still sets the DTCs.

Any help?

I think those DTC's are somewhat normal. My 2019 SL Plus always shows several MULTI AV errors--I worried initially and then decided it was probably some slight incompatibility with LEAF Spy Pro. I can get some of them to clear, but they always come back within a few minutes. I never had this issue with the 2011 or 2015.
 
Looks like it might be the BT OBD2 dongle that you are using...
