Just use android auto/carplay and their respective AI assistants to play the song from your digital song library from voice commands.
Completely handsfree and safest option.. well almost handsfree, need to call up assistant via one button on the steering wheel.
Otherwise I wish I could swap you my 2019 e+G jap import spec headunit with native cd player, but not feasible at all financially.
