I had excellent luck with Aliexpress PU Leather seat covers for a Mercedes and a Honda. But when I ask them if they have covers for a Leaf, so far every one says no.
Does anyone know if Nissan uses similar sized seats (manual front as well as 40/60 rear) in other models, and if so, what?
