Swap , upgrade leaf 2015 battery

Hello...

My friend car is leaf 2015 s is almost 4 bar.. However, here in jordan there are centers to deploy new batteries for:
45 kwh with 2 yrs warrantee for 8250 usd
Warrantee for manufactures defect only.
They say its CATL cells.

My questions are:
- is it safe to replace 24kwh with new capacity ?
What about cooling method .. i know its air cooling. Is it enough and safe? R there any expirments regarding this... what nissan says.?

- Cost wise is it worth replacing this battery for this car knowing there are new improvements in EV cars...
However, leaf is good and wide enough car and stable... here in jordan, spare parts are available for 2011-2017 models.

They claim its an NCM811 based battery with cells from CATL using prismatic cells.

The price for the complete battery pack of 24KWH is 4640USD, 40KWH is 7699USD, 64KWH is 10823USD.
