No--I wondered if there would ever be an attempt by him or the other non-Japanese executives Nissan went after to clear their names through civil action.

I watched the (multi-part) documentary on Ghosn on AppleTV+. It was an eye-opener...on both sides. Definitely worth watching if you are interested/followed his career.
