Skid sensor malfunction

Hello, my 2011 Leaf has a new issue whenever I make a left hand turn, anything resembling sporty-ness. The skid sensor comes on and the front right tire feels like it is suddenly going through one or two big puddles.
It's manageable but could be a safety issue especially for someone not expecting it.

Tire pressure is 45 psi all around, tread down to about 25%

Appreciate any insight

Re: Skid sensor malfunction

At first blush it sounds like it could be an ABS-related issue. Maybe one of the sensors is acting up and sending bad data to the controller which reduces torque to one of the wheels on a turn. Or it could be a mechanical issue with one of the CV joints but those usually make noise before affecting handling in any way.
