there are around 5 blue bars all other are red
how could it become better? and what does the change of blue bar to red mean?
red bars means the cell is actively balancing.
The change in your numbers probably reflects a few things
Your car was idle on the lot which will lower the numbers. Your driving the car raises the numbers to be closer to the real state of your pack. This is normal... Why? good question. Chalk it up to BMS weirdness.
My recommendation; start a log that you can put into a spreadsheet tracking miles driven daily, efficiency (miles per kwh) and LEAF Spy readings. Log it every day at the same time (I do mine first thing in the morning) then look at your numbers over time. You will see A LOT of daily fluctuations. But its the long term trend you want.
So "your" next question is "why do all that when I can log the stats once a month and save a ton of work"
Well you could but
1) its not a ton of work and if it is, you need to adjust your process.
2) your monthly reading could be an abnormally high or low one and you wouldn't have a clue as to which and you will be right back here asking why it happened.
3)EVness is cool so what better hobby is there than monitoring your LEAF!
