2016 Altima Power Window Switch (lighted buttons!)

I never posted about my success with this mod. After returning the first switch set, I found another on the cheap with the black flaking off the switches. It only took a minute or two to change out the switch faces from mine It was not hard to change these out to the ones from my Leaf.

ahh, good info.....i ordered my switches from Ebay...who knows what quality switches ill get. those ebay sellers dont post actual pics. they post general pics and send you whatever altima switches they have in stock. ....usually their listings say X quantity available, etc...

Be careful if you need to remove the lock/unlock rocker switch. There is a spring and a teeny-tiny ball bearing that will go flying if not very careful. I would not do this in the car... ask me how I know.

I have a front pax and rear switch on the way. I will share if the rear switch works as well.

i'm really curious if the 2018 leaf has lights in it's switches now.. the switches look the same from pictures i saw. might have to do the same upgrade on the gen2 leafs.

cool same here, i ordered two rear switches....after reviewing many images online, im certain that Altima 2013+2017 model rear switches will work with our rear seat window switches as well....

mine arrives next week tue.....well see.

So the switch arrived yesterday, and when I connected it, it would neither light, nor power the window.

The rear. No go. I guess there is a small chance the part is bad. Let me know how yours turns out if it arrives tomorrow.

the pinout is slightly different for whatever reason.. the fix might be to repin the plug?
