I have a 2016 leaf, and the ldw (lane departure warning) does not seem to be working

When the car is switched on, the green ldw symbol on the dash lights up, then goes out. So this is normal

But when I cross the centre line I don't get any warning sounds or lights on the dash

Is there an enable or disable switch somewhere?

Any other clues on what's (not) going on?

TIA

I'm guessing you're not in the US. I've never ever heard of any gen 1.x Leaf having LDW.

https://usa.nissannews.com/en-US/releases/us-2016-nissan-leaf-press-kit on the front page nor Specs tab make any mention of
lane departure warning. If it's something that appeared in Leafs outside the US during calendar or model year '16, most of us here can't help as this is a US-centric forum.

Ditto for https://usa.nissannews.com/en-US/releases/release-f6fcf40f78a54118a8a01526272638f0-us-2017-nissan-leaf-press-kit (for model year '17).

Model year '18 at https://usa.nissannews.com/en-US/releases/release-77b5f147884a4439bd10c4d9207f2237-us-2018-nissan-leaf-press-kit of course mentions it.

For anyone else looking for the LDW on/off switch for JDM AZEO-2 leaf 30KWh

It is found on the 4 button group (2x2) near the steering wheel that is used to access trip meters, battery SOC %, instantaneous energy usage, clock 12/24 hour, L1/L2 time to recharge etc.

Scroll through to a heading called driver assistance, select this and LDW can be switched on and off
