Once a firmware update is "scheduled", do you have to power cycle the Envoy in order for the update to actually occur?

WiFi related issues have been my only problem with my JuiceBoxes (2), as well. My first JB (purchased last July) has the original Roving Network WiFi module, and all other available options. My other JB, which I purchased recently, is the option-less Basic model, with the new AckMe module...

The Envoy is also very "low tech" in its current design. No built-in WiFi. No backlighted display. No standby (power saver) mode. Bulky, yet hard to see the readout. No built-in desktop stand. For $500, none of these deficiencies should exist even at half the price! :roll:
