No idea what you're talking about. Are you using auto? (I almost never use it.) What if you turn that off?

My HVAC blower on 2011 LEAF became intermittent.
On some occasions would not initially run but after some minutes and after getting up to speed on highway would run.
Other days would work like the day I took it in for service.
Technician's best guess was a badly dirty cabin air filter. It was really bad, had been in service two and a half years with lots of AC operation parked in garage.
Replaced the cabin air filter and no problems since.
I think the technician was correct and low air flow can result in the blower not working.
With the low air flow under some situations the HVAC system shuts off to protect itself.
Dirty cabin filter could be the OPs problem.

Not only that, when I dropped my Leaf off today for a battery pack replacement (yay!), my service adviser said he was going to "check the AC hoses" for some sort of problem/defect (he didn't say "recall"). Note: I haven't had any AC trouble, but I haven't used it much the last couple of months.
