AeroVironment EVSE Serial Port & Meter Port

While installing my AeroVironment EVSE, I noticed that the PCB has a header for a serial port, and a meter port.

Has anyone tried interfacing these? Would be awesome if one could read the status of the EVSE, and the power consumption, all via the serial or meter port (using an Arduino or something similar).

I'm surprised no one has posted about these ports before.

Surprised no one has noticed these ports and tried 'exploiting' them. I took a pic:

The serial port header looks like the standard IDC FC-10 header found on PC motherboards (I probably have a cable here somewhere).
