Assume I start with 100% charge and have (virtually) no restrictions on time or route, can I get there?

Infrastructure in Cincinnati area is a barren wasteland. Infrastructure in Indy is a plentiful cornucopia (including at least 3 QCs and 1 VERY close to 46032)

If I understand you correctly you're wanting to go from Indianapolis to Cincinnati. You won't be able to make it on the interstate. You'll be ok from Indy to Edinburgh

350GREEN / EDINBURGH PO 1
11622 N.E. Executive Drive, Edinburgh, Indiana 46124, United States
Notes: Located at northwest corner of mall in front of Tommy Hilfig
Port 1: (208/240V, 30A, J1772) Available
Reservations Disabled
$2.00 per hour
$20.00 maximum per 24 hour(s)
$2.00 minimum

But it would still be very, very tight from Edinburgh to Cincin even at a 100% charge and you can't go interstate. The high speeds would prevent the trip.

<edit> Assumption that you have a 2012 or 2013 with little to no battery degradation and you're doing it on a day around 70* temp with no climate control in use.

Well, I have to admit that I had NO IDEA what your were talking about, but I assume these are zip codes? If so, that's 128 miles, and there is NO way that you're going to do that on one charge safely on public highways.

With a brand new car with no heating or cooling, at 21kWh usable at 70F degrees or warmer, you would need to drive at 128 / 21 = 6.1 miles per kWh economy, which translates to about a steady 35mph.

There is one plugshare guy near Rushville if you take 52. He has a dryer plug or a 20 amp 120 plug. 74 is a barren wasteland of nothing. Indy is like a pool of free elecric surrounded by Amish.

There is a Chevy dealer in Greensburg but they probably wouldn't let a traitor in a Nissan charge there. It looks like they have a whopping 16a charger stuck in the service shed.

Thanks for the responses. Sorry for the ambiguity.

Realize I can't do it without charging, but was looking for the best ways to patch it together.

If I could get a little charging in Batesville or Shelbyville, it would be do-able. Then I get the QC to get close to 100% at 46032, top off at my brother's whilst visiting and head home.

Wish the new Honda plant in Shelbyville OR the Indiana Live Casino just East of Indy on 74 had EV charging.

Maybe I will fire off some E-mails. If anyone would be knowledgeable about the various ways to get people to come and stay at your facility, the casino industry would.

"Charge your EV for 4 hours and get loyalty points toward the All U Can Eat Buffet"!!!

Don't count on the quick charger in 46032 to be working. I have never gotten it to work. They have level 2 chargers for free though and many places to buy beers from.

You must be affiliated with the USPS. Next time, perhaps you could use airport codes. ;)

^^^
Zip codes seem reasonable. They work on Google Maps. They also work on Redfin, if it's inside their service area. Redfin even draws a nice red border around the region covered by the zip code.

I know you're joking about airport codes, but airport codes would be crappy for say San Jose. SJC airport is 15.3 miles from home for me.

Yes, zip codes are fine in Google maps, when coupled with a street address. But many cover such a large area that they are of little use standing alone without a street address.

I also think it is inconsiderate when asking for information to not provide clear an specific questions. If a person wants information about a particular town/city, why not say so instead of requiring folks to Google a zip code?

Heh. You should see the mileage complaints (e.g. "help, I'm getting 38 mpg!" usually in winter from low or single post members) on Priuschat and elsewhere sometimes w/scant or no info. Usually, folks would jump in, provide guesses, ask questions and the OP never returns.

I got so tired of that, asking the same questions over and over, and frustrated by non-returning posters, that I created http://priuschat.com/threads/fuel-economy-complaints-queries-please-copy-paste-answer-these-questions-esp-if-youre-new.77074/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Whenever I see no/scant details, I tell them to answer the questionnaire and spend no more time on the thread until they do.

I'd like the same thing for range complaints here and suggested at http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=11591" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that a Leaf owner help craft a similar questionnaire and own it.

Sorry for the confusion / being inconsiderate. Was trying to be precise without giving home addresses. In these instances, the specific zip codes are urban areas with limited geographic coverage. If you type "41075 to 46032" into Google Maps, you get precisely what I was looking for.
