Can I replace my 2018 SV stereo unit an identical one without any issues?

I did a factory reset of my radio under the diagnostics menu, and it has caused a lot of issues, such as climate control display not working, unable to set the dashboard time, and not being able to set the climate control timer. The dealership told me there was no way to fix the radio.
Can I replace the radio with the exact same type, from another 2018 SV? Will it work seamlessly with the car, or are there things I need to do? Will Navigation, SiriusXM, and Climate Control work seamlessly?
