Can Someone Lend me a NEMA 14-50 (RV type) adapter? (Bay Area)

I'm hoping to visit a friend for Thanksgiving in my LEAF, but there are no convenient public EVSEs available and her apartment parking garage has no outlets.

There is however an RV Park nearby!

My Nissan EVSE has Phil's L2/Rev 2 240V upgrade, but I haven't yet bought an "RV Park" adapter (NEMA 14-50P to NEMA L6-30R); I did buy a NEMA 6-20P to NEMA L6-30R) adapter from Phil directly which I have used several times at another friend's garage.

==> Anyone in the Redwood City/San Fran Bay Area have an RV adapter that I can borrow/try out this coming weekend (November 2012)?
