I have my software updated at Round Rock North Nissan dealership and now I'm getting range collapse. I'm starting my drive home with 60 miles on the dummy gauge and when I get home it's 24, and I only live 11 miles away and most of that is stop and go on the highway. I don't have the AC / Heat on or anything. What can I do about this. How should I handle this so the dealership doesn't just sweep it under the rug. Last time they had the car it was for a software / brake upgrade and when I got the car back the lower bolt on the caliper popped off, and I had to take it back to have them repair it.

Every time they touch the car they damage something.

Thank you for the help,

I would recommend charging back to 100% and doing a short trip to see what the GOM does. LeafSpy would also be of help to assess your capacity and range to LBW.
