With all the talk of heaters, heated wheels and such, it made me wonder if anyone has tried a 12V electric blanket? I'm not sure how much power they draw, but I can't imagine it's excessively high? I had one back in the day when I owned a Shelby Cobra replica. The car had no windows and no roof, so it got cool on fall and spring mornings. But with the blanket loosely around my torso, it made even 45 degree drives tolerable. They're readily available for under $50.

No, but I picked up two of these at Costco for $16.99 each at they get very warm. I also tested putting them in an insulated bag in the trunk and they were still warm hours later.

You have heated seats and a heat pump in a 2013, why would you want the hassle of a blanket? Just get a heated motorcycle vest.

Wireless version:

The wireless version of your heated vest is awesome!

The heated vests are expensive, the blankets are about 1/4 the price or less. Yes, I've got the heat pump, and I have yet to really put it to the test. But the commute is 50 miles round trip, so on really cold winter days, it may be better to keep the heat low and use the heated wheel/seats and a heated blanket. In my Cobra, I used to lay the blanket out like a seat cover, so I was sitting on it. I'd then losely wrap it around my upper body and it was bliss.
