I've had my Blink listed for over two years. Recently someone messaged me, he will be coming down from Phoenix and asked if he could charge. This will be the first.

so this is a PLEV then? and is this not the 2nd visit you have had from an experimental EV? what draws them to you? are you advertising free bling on plugshare or something?

hybrid? no - 100% EV.
Maybe - being on a manmade lake it's the view that draws folk to our EVSE ...
