Im looking for recommendations on dash cams..

It seems that near misses are coming at a more frequent rate lately and after a car came straight at me on a divided well lighted road a few nights ago,I decided its time to mount a camera on the dash..
Im looking for something that will last and has night vision..

I always use my Android phone with an app called AutoGuard mounted on my windshield for a dash cam. There are other similar apps, but this one has worked the best for me. You just need to make sure that you phone has enough memory to store the video. The app automatically deletes video when a specified limit is reached. The minimum amount that can be specified is 5MB.
