Funny how the Leaf is still selling more than most other brands like Ford, Volvo, Polestar, Toyota, MG, BYD and so on. Chademo will be around for years to come.
Tesla is difficult to compare outside of quarter numbers as they're usually reported when registered, not sold. Still their closest model is model Y with 50k sold vehicles to Leafs 80k.
Having the leaf entry 40Kw model being €20.500 makes it a solid choice for commuting.
