Home Depot has the Leviton Evr-Green 30 Amp Charging Station with Free Installation Kit for $849. It's backordered until 03/29 but it can be ordered today.

I noticed this as well and looked again early May. It was still listed as backordered, but I went ahead and ordered it anway with HD's notice that the money won't be drawn until unit is shipped. I figured I have to wait a few weeks. To my suprise I got the unit via UPS 5 days later. $849 plus tax and free shipping, $942 total delivered. Add the $30 in parts and fre labor from electrician friend and comes in under a grand.

Had to wait another week for my electrician buddy to have time to come and install. Completed install on Wed., May 8th and have been loving it since. The only thing I was hoping for was instead of a hose like holder under the unit, a click in type connecter like the Schneider Electric unit (gen 2). Still searching for a camparable aftermarket one.
