no SD no audio?

Hello,
I purchased 2015 Leaf from the auction
both SD slots are empty and display only shows blue screen with "No SD ..."
And No, i can't get them from "original owner"
Audio doesn't work and screen won't change no matter what button i push.
Doesn't show heater mode either and i can't set up clock.
Is this normal for a Leaf with a missing SD or there's some secret button for audio?
PS. when in reverse screen changes to back up camera
Dealer want $800 for a new SD card.

It's normal. You can get the cards for less than that - maybe $300?. Others should post where.
