Oppama ship traffic

I haven't been following it really closely, but for the past few weeks whenever I look at the ship traffic in and out of Oppama - I see none.

Have I just missed the recent ships, or has activity there really slowed?

The Andromeda Spirit just departed from Yokohama in it's way to California

Did you see it at the Yokosuka port (the Oppama plant) or just see a manifest which lists Yokohama? There seem to be several Nissan shipping locations in Yokohama so a manifest listing might not mean it stopped at Oppama.

From what I can tell, the Andromeda Spirit stopped at Naka Ward, further north in Tokyo bay, and did not stop at all at Oppama.
