I need to drive up to San Jose the week of Thanksgiving. I could use my natural gas Civic, but it would be a bit inconvenient due to fueling stations being a bit off the 5.
So, is anyone out there interested in trading a (late model) Prius for my LEAF for Thanksgiving week this year? I would be using the Prius to drive to San Jose and back, leaving Wednesday and coming back Saturday. I have the upgraded EVSE, so if your home has a 240 plug, you could L2 charge instead of the slower 120V L1 charging. Your Prius would have to be fully insured (including collision and uninsured motorist) and if anything happened to either car, the person involved would have to pay the deductible.
