Persistent Parking Sensor message on startup

New 2024 SV Plus, every time it starts up a Parking Sensor message appears. I have no idea why, looking for suggestions.

That message is to indicate that the parking sensor is activated. Pressing the OK button will dismiss the message, but the message will come back when the parking sensor is activated again.
If you'd like, and you can live without the RSS (Rear Sonar System), you should be able to turn the sensor OFF by turning off the RSS under the Menu settings. Look for a "Parking Aid" under the menu items.

Turning off RSS may also turn off braking the Leaf will apply for you if you're about to hit something. Trust me it does (or can)!
