A few people from Norway have posted here that they have purchased ex-North America Leafs. Depending on which country they are going to be registered in, they do require some modifications, mostly to lighting. Many EU countries require rear fog lamps, for example. If the car being imported is a NA-spec 2013, it may require the addition of turn signal repeaters in the fenders like the 2011-2012 models have.

The nav system would require EU maps and CarWings may or may not be made to work with an EU SIM card. XM radio of course would not work at all.
