Bought a used Nissan ZE1 NEW Leaf, 40 kW batt., 2021. Now I have a problem when registering a vehicle in the "NissanConnect" application, where in: "add a vehicle", it refuses registration and gives a notification: "this VIN is not supported". Asked for support from the Nissan service by phone, but without a solution. Does anyone on the forum have experience with this problem and can offer me a solution? Thank you.
 
The dealer has to "program" the TCU in the car with the (new) owner's account. Any Nissan dealer can do it, but doesn't mean they will do it for free if the car was bought second-hand (and not from them).
 
Thanks for the answer, I will ask to be registered during my next regular visit to the service.
