That's weird that the Google search can't find it (only 2 hits for "Torrey Pines"), but the Forum's Standard Search finds it among 18 hits.

I don't own a Volt. It was in the parking spot. There are 3 total spots, I think. One on ground floor, just to the right of the toll booth, and two upstairs. To my knowledge, no daytime parking fee. Don't have details of specific times.
