What I find with Blink network is that many Blink charger are operational, but haven't been connected to network.
For example 4 chargers in my work parking garage (underground) does not have internet connection (or so I think as I was calling Blink about them and they told me that they can't "see" them and have to dispatch someone local to look at the problem) so all 4 chargers are showing as off network for year already, but in fact we were using them for all that time.
