I suspect that's the opening bid for an auction, and not the actual sale price.

That said, there's absolutely nothing salvageable on the car, not even the rims (I personally wouldn't trust them after being exposed to such heat). I am curious as to why it burned...battery gone awry, other electric fault, was in or near a structure or other vehicle that was on fire, or insurance scam or other arson?
 
I'd say that fire started from an outside structure near the right rear. That right rear tire is the only one that burned, it's completely gone. And those right doors are both gone, and the paint on the right rear quarter is burned away completely to clean metal. The rest of the car is just burned and melted, but not consumed like the rear exterior.
 
This looks like a good source for good traction batteries. There's an '11 for $4650 with 8000 miles and the dash still shows all 12 capacity bars. That battery alone should command a good salvage value from these repairable wrecks.
