Anyone know how much SEMACONNECT charges for charging?

It appears to vary by geography. Here in Colorado it is $0.49/kwh as someone else posted - note that this changed mid-summer, it used to be free. I've seen reports that other locations have charge-by-time instead of by amount.

Here in San Diego they charge $0.49 a KWH with a $0.30 service charge .
